Christophe Jacomin joined HERALD as new Partner in charge of the Banking and Finance Department

Christophe Jacomin advises credit institutions, financial institutions, debt and investment funds and large French and international borrowers on bilateral and syndicated financings, with or without recourse, which may involve several jurisdictions, on financial engineering and on banking and finance law. He is involved in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of documentation relating to structured, project, renewable energy, infrastructure, acquisition, commodity, real estate and asset finance.

He advises on debt refinancing and restructuring, derivatives (particularly in the energy and commodities sectors), bond issues, documentary credits, international guarantees, assignment of receivables portfolios, marketing of financial products.
