Arcéane advised the management of SIDEXPORT on their sale to ITAL-EXPRESS.
SIDEXPORT is one of the very first Italian wholesalers, independent from car manufacturers, in the original body spare parts segment.
ITAL-EXPRESS is a group specialising in spare parts for heavy goods vehicles, trailers, commercial vehicles and agricultural vehicles.
