Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) has again ranked the Intellectual Property Group at Gibbons P.C. among “The World’s Leading Patent Professionals”, granting the firm its “Gold Band” rating for practices whose “success hinges on reputations established over lengthy periods of time, something which enables them to secure the most high-profile, big-ticket instructions from the most demanding of clients.”
In addition, seven Gibbons attorneys – David E. De Lorenzi, Chair of the Intellectual Property Group, Thomas J. Bean, Charles H. Chevalier, Samuel H. Megerditchian, Robert E. Rudnick, Christopher H. Strate, and Estelle J. Tsevdos – were ranked individually among IAM’s leading patent practitioners, spanning the litigation, prosecution, and transactions categories.
This is the thirteenth straight year IAM has recognised David De Lorenzi and the firm.
To compile the IAM Patent 1000, the IAM team conducts extensive research over the course of five months, including thousands of interviews with private practice attorneys based in dozens of countries as well as the users of their services, in order to identify the practitioners and practices considered to excel at providing patent-related legal services.
The publication notes:

Charles Chevalier “is sharp, intelligent, strategic, and a terrific problem solver and communicator.” Former engineer Christopher Strate is a wonderfully well- rounded lawyer who thinks outside of the box to deliver purposeful solutions.
