MBH advises Amethis on its investment in BBI Group

GGI member firm Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) acted as legal counsel to Amethis in connection with its minority stake acquisition, through Amethis MENA Fund II, in BBI Group, a leading data management consultancy in the MENA region.

“Amethis’ investment in BBI will support the company in expanding its geographical and industry coverage, as well as increasing its service offering, with an emphasis on consultancy and AI-related services. Amethis will also reinforce BBI’s impact agenda based on three pillars: female empowerment, environmental responsibility, and human resource development”- Amethis
