KG is a global leader in the design and production of innovative machines, tools and systems for joining and punching sheet metal and profiles for the automotive and white goods industries. Its product range extends from mobile devices to robot-assisted special solutions. The acquisition opens up market access to Chinese automotive OEMs and is expected to bring further growth.
