Leslie A. Berkoff

Leslie A. Berkoff is a Partner at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP and Chair of its Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She is a trained arbitrator serving on the American Arbitration Association's International, Large Complex Case, Commercial, Consumer and Healthcare panels as well as sitting on the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Council. She also frequently serves as an ad hoc panel mediator and is on the mediation panels for the Second Circuit, Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States Bankruptcy Courts in New York, the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Delaware and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Commercial Mediation Panel for Nassau County, Bronx County, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Arbitration Association. Leslie is also Global Chair of the GGI Litigation & Dispute Resolution (LDR) Practice Group and Regional Chair North America of the GGI Debt Collection, Restructuring & Insolvency (DCRI) Practice Group.
