Baldi Finance spa and Baldi & Partners advised Clevertech spa in the acquisition of Marchiani Automation srl.

Clevertech Spa, a family-owned company established in 1987 and headquartered in Reggio Emilia, northern Italy, has achieved remarkable growth in the front and end-of-line secondary packaging solutions, with a turnover around 140 million euros and a global workforce of approximately 450 employees. Clevertech serves major consumer goods companies worldwide, spanning industries such as food & beverage, home care, pet food, personal care and e-commerce.

For over twenty years, Marchiani Automation srl has been a leader in the production flows and processes automation and optimisation, specialising in the design of software dedicated to the installation of electrical systems and panels.
