Weibull M&A advised Sigma Civil AB in the sale to Norconsult Sverige AB.

The Norconsult Group, headquartered in Oslo, has approximately 6,500 employees and is one of the Nordic region's leading consulting companies in civil engineering. Norconsult combines engineering, architecture and digital expertise in assignments for both private and public clients.

Sigma Civil is a consulting company which operates in the infrastructure, construction and real estate sectors, part of the Danir Group (with 10,000 employees).
