RNM India announces several new promotions

CFA Varun Verma, a Director of RNM Corporate Finance, has been promoted to the position of Partner. He is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAI and a CFA charterholder with the CFA Institute in the USA. He is a member of the Indian Association of Investment Professionals, the ICAI, and the CFA Institute in the United States (IAIP). He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, fund mobilisation, private equity, real estate, valuations, and asset management, with over thirteen years of overall experience.

CA Alok Kumar, previously an Internal Audit Senior Manager, has been appointed as a Partner Internal Audit. He has extensive expertise in internal auditing, statutory auditing, tax auditing, and stock auditing for a wide range of businesses in industries such as manufacturing, hotels, entertainment, real estate, trading, fashion, and banks. Mr Alok is a November 2006 batch B.Com (H) graduate from SRCC, DU, and CA. Alok is also a Delhi University Law graduate.
