Delphi Advisors advised Serafin Unternehmensgruppe GmbH on the divestiture of its portfolio company Eurocylinder Systems AG (ECS) to Cylinders Holding.

Serafin Unternehmensgruppe is a German privately held global diversified industrial holding with €1+bn revenue and 5,000+ employees.

Cylinders Holding is a leading European manufacturer of cylinders and compressed gas storage and transport solutions, headquartered in the Czech Republic.

ECS is an Apolda (Germany) headquartered developer and manufacturer of high pressure and seamless Type 1 cylinders for compressed and liquefied gases, with a Top 5 market position in Europe looking back on a rich industrial heritage dating back to the 1930s.

Delphi Advisors acted as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Serafin Unternehmensgruppe, including overall project structuring and management, international market sounding with strategic and financial sponsors, execution, contractual negotiations and guidance throughout the competitive M&A process.
