Parini S.r.l. is an Italian company active in the engineering, development and production of machinery for the mechanical sorting of plastic waste.

Previero N. S.r.l. is active in the mechanical recycling of plastics, and is a portfolio company of the European private equity firm Ambienta Sgr S.p.A.
