Corporate Finance Hannover GmbH has advised the shareholder of amec GmbH in the sale of a majority stake to Liberta Partner.
amec GmbH (Hanover) is a leading Design-In Distributor of electronic components.
Liberta Partner (Munich) is a private equity investor which works in partnership with the management teams and the employees of their portfolio companies.
The transaction was led by Dr Dirk Jungen, Managing Partner.
