Corporate Finance Hannover GmbH advised NCAB Group in the acquisition of ICOM Industrial Components AG and EPI Components Trade GmbH.
NCAB Group is a leading global PCB supplier founded in 1993. Today, they have local presence in 19 countries in Europe, Asia and North America and customers in approximately 45 countries worldwide. Revenue in 2023 amounted to 385m USD.
Based in Switzerland, ICOM delivers PCB and supply chain solutions to demanding customers around the world, mainly in the medical, telecom and industrial sectors.
EPI Components Trade GmbH is based in Austria and has more than 40 years of experience with producing electronic components, systems and tools.
