Protemus Capital advised PT Alita Praya Mitra (Alita) in the sale of its Fiber Optic assets to a subsidiary of PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo).

Alita is a leading company with 27 years of experience in the ICT sector in Indonesia. Alita provides end-to-end solutions, such as integrated software and hardware information technology, and IoT solutions for telecommunication, corporation, and government with the support of reliable infrastructures.

The Company retained Protemus Capital as its divestment advisor to conduct a comprehensive sale process and solicit interest from strategic and financial buyers. A Protelindo subsidiary's offer proved to be the highest and best offer during the process which obtained considerable interest from multiple parties and prompted several offers.
