Mowery & Schoenfeld: Consulting Partner Michael Kidd named 2021 CPA Practice Advisor “40 Under 40” Professional

Michael joined the firm as an associate in the assurance practice after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005. He immediately found he had a keen interest in the financial complexities of business transaction. After becoming a partner in 2013, Michael started the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in 2017. Transaction Advisory now makes up 6.5% of the firm’s revenue with 30% YOY growth in 2020.

The practice focuses on providing buy- and sell-side support to the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) community. Michael participates in several conferences and speaking engagements through the year at top- tier MBA programmes, helping to guide a new generation of entrepreneurs.
